Ingredients

  • 1 Onion
  • 2 cup All-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoon Paprika
  • 2 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • None teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 Egg
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 4 cup Vegetable oil
  • None cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoon Ketchup
  • 2 tablespoon Horseradish
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

Step 1

Prepare onion

Cut off 1/4 inch from the top of the onion; peel the outer skin.

Step 2

Cut onion

Cut the onion into 12-16 vertical wedges, stopping 1/2 inch from the root end.

Step 3

Prepare batter
