If necessary, drain and pat dry the mozzarella balls, artichoke hearts, and olives. Wash and dry the cherry tomatoes and basil leaves.
Cut the prosciutto and salami into bite-sized pieces.
If whole, cut the pepperoncini peppers in half.
In a small bowl, toss the mozzarella balls with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Thread the ingredients onto 12 skewers in the following order: basil leaf, mozzarella ball, cherry tomato, folded prosciutto, artichoke heart, folded salami, black olive, pepperoncini.
Place the assembled skewers on a serving platter.
