Ingredients

  • 12 oz Mozzarella cheese
  • 12 oz Cherry tomatoes
  • 12 oz Artichoke hearts
  • 12 oz Black olives
  • 6 oz Prosciutto
  • 6 oz Salami
  • 12 oz Chili pepper
  • 12 oz Basil leaves
  • 2 tablespoon Balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • None teaspoon Salt
  • None teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions

Step 1

Prepare ingredients

If necessary, drain and pat dry the mozzarella balls, artichoke hearts, and olives. Wash and dry the cherry tomatoes and basil leaves.

Step 2

Cut meats

Cut the prosciutto and salami into bite-sized pieces.

Step 3

Prepare pepperoncini

If whole, cut the pepperoncini peppers in half.

Step 4

Season mozzarella

In a small bowl, toss the mozzarella balls with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
